In May 2020, Keen Project Solutions was honored to receive the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards from ABC National for both our project excellence and safety program on the Corteva Agriscience Hedrick TrueBulk project. We strive to consistently raise the standards of safety in our industry and are grateful for this recognition.
Each year, ABC recognizes the country’s top construction projects as well as leading company-wide safety and diversity programs. In April 2020, Keen Project Solutions was honored to receive the ABC National Eagle Award for our Corteva Hedrick TrueBulk, located in Hedrick, Iowa. Despite unprecedented weather challenges and a compressed schedule, Keen delivered the TrueBulk project on time and under budget. Open collaboration with project partners improved design and supported prefabrication, which reduced schedule and costs.
A total of 88 projects—collectively worth $1.7 billion—have earned National Excellence in Construction® awards in the industry’s leading competition, which was developed to honor both general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality meritshop construction projects.
At Keen, we are committed to leading by example and are eager to share our expertise with members of the community. In August, 2019, Keen was happy to sponsor a bus tour as part of the North Central Regional GEAPS Conference in Ames. Conference attendees were invited to view and learn more about a 3-million-bushel truck elevator project completed by Keen Project Solutions for Landus Cooperative near Collins, Iowa.
We are always excited to showcase the talents of our team on a national stage. In March 2019, our team members Servando, Frank and Michael represented Keen at the National Craft Championships. Special congratulations to Frank for bringing home the gold medal, and thanks to the National Craft Championships for allowing us to be involved in this amazing event.
