I started at Keen July of 2022 as a Project Coordinator, leaving the mortgage industry after 10 years, with no knowledge in the construction industry. I have had many amazing opportunities to grow within my profession at Keen. I’ve learned to maintain projects, provide sales, and use tax training to research and develop a process for OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program). I am entrusted by my team. In 2024, I won the Excellence in Quality Award. I am a Project Accountant III now and have continued to take on more responsibilities where my suggestions are valued and appreciated.
