Journey at Keen:

I started at Keen in September 2016 as the first commercial focused project manager. The intent was to diversify the project types and help build a strong local presence. With the help of leadership and by following Keen’s four guiding principles, we have grown the commercial team to 12 dedicated full-time employees. I had a very proud moment receiving the Excellence in Leadership award at the recent Annual Company Training event. I earned the MBI Master Builder designation in 2023 for completing 150 credits in leadership, project management, ecology, ethics, safety, and additional electives that support builders in all we do. My journey at Keen is just beginning and cannot wait to see what the future brings, working with piers that you respect and admire leads to amazing things.

My Why:

I choose to work with Keen because of the commitment Keen makes to invest in people. This investment goes beyond the professional growth and has a large emphasis on the personal, community, and family growth.
