Trade & Technical Services

from installation to operations

Behind every successful project is a team with the skills to build it and keep it running long after construction is complete. Our trade and technical services bring together experienced millwrights, fabricators, maintenance specialists and commissioning experts who understand how facilities run and what it takes to get the job done right. Whatever the scope, the goal is the same: reliable execution that supports your facility for the long term.

Trade Services

When we take on a project, we bring our own people to build it. That allows us to control the quality, the schedule and the safety standards on site. Low turnover is something we take pride in. We build crews and keep them together because teams with years of shared experience work more efficiently and anticipate each other’s needs. That consistency translates to reliable quality, job after job.

When project demands require additional capacity, we scale with a network of vetted trade partners who operate under the same quality and safety expectations as our self-perform workforce. Whether a project calls for 20 people or 150, clients get one operational culture, one quality expectation and one safety standard.

Capabilities

  • Millwright services
  • Construction site labor, safety and general conditions
  • Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) installation
  • Scalable labor capacity through vetted trade partners
  • Workforce development and apprenticeship training

Millwright Services

Our millwrights handle everything from precision equipment installation and alignment to process piping, ironwork, fabrication and troubleshooting. They’re experienced at working in active facilities where minimizing disruption is essential, and they collaborate directly with engineering, project management and procurement to ensure what we design can be built safely and efficiently.

Maintaining our own millwright workforce means we can make reliable schedule commitments and respond quickly when something urgent comes up. We also invest in developing that workforce through an accredited apprenticeship program, so the crews showing up to your project are trained, prepared and held to a consistent standard of quality.

Capabilities

  • Precision equipment setting, alignment and anchoring
  • Rigging, hoisting and placement of heavy machinery
  • Process piping and industrial ventilation
  • Ironwork, structural steel erection and custom metalwork
  • Fabrication and welding
  • Shutdown and outage work
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Conveyor and material handling systems

CUSTOM FABRICATION

The work that happens before a crew arrives on the job site is just as important as the work they do when they get there. By designing and assembling components in a controlled shop environment, we move labor hours out of the field — reducing time at heights, minimizing crane dependency and improving both safety and quality.

Our integrated design and fabrication teams work together from the start, deciding what can be built, kitted and shipped so field crews can focus on installation rather than fabrication. Pre-sorting, labeling and packaging components into kits with detailed drawings allows crews to arrive with everything they need, organized and ready to install. Plus, when a client needs something that doesn’t exist, our prefabrication shop can develop and produce it.

CAPABILITIES

  • Prefabrication and shop assembly
  • Spouting, transitions and duct piping
  • Custom component fabrication
  • Kitting and assembly packages
  • Custom product development

Commissioning & Startup

The final stage of a project is also one of the most critical. Commissioning is where installation transitions to operation, and where our team’s attention to detail is most visible. We begin commissioning preparation early, reviewing drawings and flow diagrams before installation is complete to identify discrepancies and confirm equipment is correct.

When it’s time to commission, we verify three things: that the equipment runs correctly, that it meets the performance rates we committed to and that operators understand how to use what we’ve installed. We also coordinate with vendors and bring in manufacturer representatives when their expertise adds value. We don’t hand a project off until we’re certain it’s ready.

CAPABILITIES

  • Commissioning planning and coordination
  • Pre-installation drawing and equipment review
  • Equipment inspection and functional testing
  • Performance verification against project scope
  • Operator training and handoff support
  • Vendor and manufacturer coordination
  • Turnover documentation

Reliability & Maintenance

When equipment fails unexpectedly, every hour of lost production can add up. Our reliability and maintenance team focuses on keeping your operation running. We take the time to understand what’s important and recommend the right fix, not just the fastest one. And when a challenge calls for more than maintenance expertise, our engineering team’s depth of experience across facilities and equipment types helps them get to the right answer faster.

CAPABILITIES

  • Dust collection system analysis and balancing
  • Planned maintenance programs and shutdown management
  • Emergency breakdown response and repair
  • Planned repairs, rebuilds and retrofits
  • Vibration analysis and ultrasound studies
  • Infrared scanning and lubrication plans
  • Precision alignment
  • Facility and process line assessments
  • Product flow troubleshooting
  • Process flow diagrams and equipment inventories
  • Engineering support for complex issues
