Office and Servicing Space

Our team constructed the headquarters for Ankeny Sanitation, featuring a 10,500-square-foot office building with a two-story open office concept, meeting rooms, and various support facilities. The project also included a service area with five drive-through bays capable of servicing up to 10 trucks, equipped with an overhead crane and stations for compressed air and fluid fill, highlighting our expertise in building functional and specialized facilities.
